Dear Friends, lovely, lovely friends. So full of awesome and aceness … I need your help.

Recently a friend of mine lost her fiancé. Adam —Jags to his friends— was only twenty eight years old when he suffered a heart attack on the way to his wedding food taster session. He was a huge part of our local community and his sudden death shocked a lot of people. It’s just like the movies say it is when you grow up in a small town, everybody knows everybody.

So, I’m writing this post because I want to help Adam’s friends and his fiancée raise awareness of a 10k jog they’re doing in his memory and I was kind of hoping, pretty-please-with-a-cherry-on-top, that you’d help me.

You can read all about the jog by clicking on the Facebook button below:

but what I’m wanting from you guys is a tweet so that the hosts of this jog can get the slippery little sucker trending on twitter and generate some buzz.  The hashtag is #joggingforjags … but wait!  I’m going make this even easier. All you have to do is click on the button below and retweet the tag I prepared earlier.

I’m not asking anybody to part with any money, I’m just hoping that you guys will help me spread the word.

Much love xx
