Hey guys!

Today on the blog we’re visited by Dusk, one of the main characters from author Jordan Links YA dystopian debut, The Sacrificed.

Dusk is here to take part in a character showcase. We asked him what modern day celeb he most resembled, but due to a drastic lack of celebs in Centsia he had us seeking guidance off his creator, Jordan. Jordan tell us that Dusk looks a little like dashing blonde Brit, William Moseley.

And now we’ve got the visual sorted take it away Dusk…

What’s your favorite colour?

My favorite color is gold. There’s a gilded eagle in between the upper level of Centsia and the level beneath. It was mounted to the side of a council building, and I see it every time I glide over the walkers’ streets.

Who was your first kiss?

My first kiss was of little importance, to be honest. She was a winged, just another nameless model of perfection and superiority over the walkers. She went to the winged school, but we rarely talked, sans a few words while passing through the hallways.

What celebrity do you look the most like?

There are no celebrities in Centsia. Here, it is the winged above the walkers. And frankly, the winged are not loved by the ones at their feet.

What’s your spirit animal and why?

My spirit animal is an Eagle, and not only because of its wings. Eagles are independent creatures, sparse but powerful. They don’t always fit in, and I feel the same way sometimes.

Describe yourself in three words…

Curious, independent, and creative.
